Vendor NEEDS to receive Purchase Order for student ONE WEEK IN ADVANCE OF CLASS STARTING and can not guarantee spot without first receiving a purchase order. When placing the Purchase Order Request please state the following in the notes section: 1. Vendor HAS been contacted 2.
