POs need to be separated by family or child and MUST include the following:  Student first and last name  Student grade level and password ( 3 or more letters or numbers, no symbols)  Parent first and last name  Parent email address  Address and Phone number of parent **Please note you may not give out any personal or contact information of a student and their parents without their prior consent.  Teacher email address  Number of months requested (POs should specify a particular month of service, however, specific start dates may not be adhered to since the billing period begins the day the account is setup or reactivated within the specified month) Pricing - The cost is $25 a month per K- 8 grade student and $35 per high school student per month for 4 courses. Orders must exceed 3 consecutive months per student.
