I offer just that!! Hi, I am Brook Tacheff, ICLM’s Movement Coach, Allie & Austin’s Mom and owner of Freedom Faith Fitness LLC. I am so excited to offer Julian Charter School’s Homeschool Families an in-home Physical Fitness/P.E. training option! I will be providing a fun filled exercise session. I strive to increase the overall health and fitness level of children in a fun, safe, positive and motivating environment by utilizing obstacle courses, fitness games, partner activities, body weight exercises, resistance bands, circuits and more. It is my mission to create an environment where children associate fitness with fun. I believe a positive association with fitness at an early age can help develop healthy habits as adults for life.
