High school courses with a tuition price that differs from any listed will be discounted by 10%. The new prices will take effect on September 1st 2020. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions Please use correct amounts in request)** For online class, BYU uses the email address that is listed on the ENROLLMENT FORM. Please note you may not give out any personal or contact information of a student and their parents without their prior consent. Click on "download vendor flyer" for required enrollment form to submit with purchase order. To find information to fill out form, click the link to BYU website, Click on "Courses", click on "Course Catalog - High School -OR- Middle School Courses”, select course type your interested in, select subject, to view options, pricing, material requirements, and course credit for your class. Once form is filled out, please scan & upload to the Request. A purchase order will be issued and sent to BYU, who will contact you with course materials and information. **If you need to withdraw from a course, check with the High School Counselor for your options and how it will affect your grade. Contact the JCS Purchasing Department for correct BYU withdrawal form. **YOU MUST WITHDRAW WITHIN 180 DAYS, incomplete classes not withdrawn from will be an F on your transcript.**Regarding REFUNDS: If the withdrawal is processed within 14 days of enrollment – Full Refund. If the withdrawal is processed 15 to 90 days after enrollment – refund credited to your account minus $30 student management fee for high school courses. If the withdrawal is processed 91 or more days after enrollment – No Refund
