VCI-e Vendor...Scout from University of California is a SAPEP program that develops and delivers A-G approved, ONLINE classes and curriculum to students. Basic courses are FREE & don't require a purchase order. "Premium" courses which are Teacher Led following their calendar & due dates or "On Demand" courses which are Teacher Led but student paced requires a purchase order to cover costs. 2018-19 Calendar for PREMIUM courses for 1st semester can be ordered through 9/30/18. **TO ORDER CLASSES: When requesting the PO, place in the LINE ITEM DESCRIPTION: Course number & description from online catalog. Place EF's email address in the notes. Once the PO is received by the vendor a Reservation Ticket will be emailed to the EF for the student to register for class. Late enrollment IS NOT available after the first two weeks of class. NO REFUNDS except for premium courses IF students drop the class within two weeks from the first day of class and request a credit to their account.
